August 11 Late Pics from TaiwanMalaysia SundayLeft Singapore early Sunday morning for a hike up Mt. Panti. Here is my breakfast... Interesting bug One thing that sucks about Hiking in the rain forest is the leeches. These little things grab onto your shoes as you walk by and bite you. They can actually go right thru your shoes. I must have picked about 30 off my shoes as I hiked up and down the mtn... but about 5 got thru anyways. Pretty gross.
Bryanai lunch August 08 Singapore National DayToday is Singapore's national day. Not much going on for me. One thing I do find interesting are these national day posters that sprung up all over town. From looking at them, I can't tell if they are celebrating the founding of the country or the politicians who are featured in the posters. Can you?
Saturday Morning Indian BreakfastTrying to eat all the food I have sitting around... found some prata & vege curry in the freezer and made an Indian breakfast while I watched the Red Sox game on Slingbox.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that McDonalds is considering changing its $1 double cheeseburger amid rising costs. I don't eat these things too often anymore.. but I did when I was in grad school and had no money. Looking forward to having a few when I go back to Hawaii in September.
